VINISEED by Housely (“VINISEED”, “we”, “us”) operates this website, its physical-product store, support tools, and affiliate experience. This notice explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you place an order or contact support, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping details, order contents, and messages you send us. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own privacy terms; VINISEED does not intentionally store complete card numbers.
If you create an account or join the affiliate program, we may also process account identifiers, Telegram identifiers and profile details supplied through Telegram authentication, referral links, clicks, attributed orders, commissions, payout details, and security or audit records.
Like most websites, we receive technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, request time, pages visited, cookies, and security events. We use strictly necessary cookies for sessions, carts, authentication, and fraud prevention. Referral cookies may be used to attribute eligible orders to a partner.

We do not sell recovery phrases or personal information. VINISEED will never ask you to enter a recovery phrase or private key into this website, the wallet demo, Telegram, a support message, or an order form.
Retention
Order and transaction records are kept for the period required for fulfillment, warranties, disputes, accounting, tax, and legal compliance. Account and affiliate records are kept while the relationship remains active and for a reasonable period afterward. Short-lived authentication codes expire automatically; security and behavior records are periodically deleted according to the configured retention schedule.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, subject to identity verification and records we must retain by law. You may disconnect an available sign-in provider or stop using the affiliate program. Browser settings can remove optional cookies, although carts and login may stop working if necessary cookies are blocked.
Security and international processing
We use access controls, encrypted HTTPS connections, limited-lifetime authentication tokens, and operational safeguards intended to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in countries other than yours, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.
Children and changes
This store and crypto-security content are not directed to children. We may update this notice when the service or legal requirements change; the date above identifies the latest version.
