This policy applies to physical products purchased directly from the VINISEED by Housely store.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. The product must be unused, complete, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us through the support page before sending anything; approved requests receive return instructions and the correct return destination.

Security products and non-returnable items

A hardware wallet or similar security device cannot be returned after it has been initialized, registered, physically altered, or used to create or store credentials. Recovery plates, engraving materials, or tamper-evident items cannot be returned after they have been engraved, stamped, opened where opening breaks a security seal, or otherwise personalized. These restrictions protect customers from receiving a previously used security product.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Inspect your delivery promptly. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact support as soon as possible with the order number and clear photos where appropriate. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement, repair, refund, or other remedy required by applicable consumer law.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may need additional processing time. Original shipping charges and return shipping are not normally refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, incorrect, or the law requires otherwise.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact support immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment begins. Exchanges depend on inventory; when an exchange is unavailable, an approved return may be refunded instead.

Warranty

Any product-specific warranty shown on the product page applies in addition to rights provided by applicable law. Warranty coverage does not include misuse, unauthorized modification, accidental damage, lost recovery information, or loss of digital assets.

Important security reminder

Never send VINISEED your recovery phrase, private key, PIN, or wallet passphrase as part of a return or support request. Reset eligible devices according to the official instructions before returning them.
