VINISEED Partner Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The VINISEED Partner Program allows eligible individuals and entities to earn commissions by referring customers to purchase VINISEED products through unique referral links.

2. Eligibility

Partners must be at least 18 years old and have an active Telegram account. VINISEED reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure

Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the eligible order amount after discounts, excluding shipping and tax. The commission rate varies by tier and is configurable by VINISEED.

4. Attribution Model

We use a last-click attribution model. The last valid partner click within the attribution window (default 30 days) receives the commission, unless a valid partner coupon overrides this.

5. Hold Period

Commissions enter a hold period after order completion. The default hold period is 14 days, during which refunds and returns are processed. Commissions are only approved after the hold period expires and no refund or dispute is pending.

6. Payout Schedule

Approved commissions are paid out on the 5th of each month, provided the partner has reached the minimum payout threshold. Payments are made via PayPal or other configured methods.

7. Prohibited Activities

Self-referrals, fraudulent clicks, cookie stuffing, spam, misleading advertising, and any form of manipulation of the attribution system are strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate termination and commission reversal.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership at any time. Upon termination, all pending commissions may be forfeited, and historical commissions may be subject to review.

9. Modifications

VINISEED reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
