These terms apply when you browse the VINISEED by Housely website, use its interactive wallet demo, buy a physical product, or participate in an available account or affiliate feature.
Products, availability, and orders
Product pages describe the item offered for sale. Concept renders are labeled and may differ from the final photographed product; the written product page controls where details conflict. Prices, inventory, delivery estimates, and specifications may change before an order is accepted. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your request and does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, unavailable inventory, failed verification, delivery restrictions, or suspected fraud.
Payment, shipping, tax, and import charges
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and are provided by the identified payment processor. You must provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery details and be authorized to use the payment method. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Returns and warranties
The Refund and Returns Policy forms part of these terms. Product-specific warranty information appears on the applicable product page. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Wallet demo and crypto information
The browser wallet experience is a simulated product demonstration. It does not create keys, hold assets, sign transactions, connect to a blockchain, or provide a production wallet. Sample balances, addresses, risk results, and transactions are fictional. Content is general security education, not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Never enter or send a recovery phrase, private key, PIN, or passphrase through this website, Telegram, support, or an order form. You are responsible for independently verifying wallet addresses, product compatibility, and the security of your assets.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must keep account access secure and provide accurate information. You may not abuse authentication or referral systems, manipulate attribution or commissions, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, interfere with the service, submit unlawful content, or use the website to deceive others.
Affiliate program
Participation is also governed by the published Partner Terms. Affiliate status, attribution, commissions, reviews, holds, and payouts remain subject to those terms.
Intellectual property and service changes
Website software, branding, text, and visual materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We may improve, suspend, or discontinue website or demo features. Purchasing a physical product is not an investment, token purchase, ownership interest, or promise of future wallet functionality or financial return.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VINISEED is not responsible for digital-asset loss caused by disclosure or loss of recovery information, sending assets to the wrong address, third-party services, market changes, unsupported assets, device misuse, or reliance on the simulated demo. Mandatory rights and liability that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
