How does VINISEED affiliate tracking work?
When a customer clicks your unique referral link, a secure cookie stores the attribution. If they complete a qualifying purchase within the attribution window, the order is attributed to your partner account.
When does a commission become approved?
Commissions enter a hold period after the order is completed. Once the hold period passes and no refund, cancellation or dispute is recorded, the commission becomes approved and eligible for payout.
What happens if a customer requests a refund?
If an order is refunded or cancelled, the associated commission is reversed. If a partial refund occurs, the commission is proportionally adjusted.
When are commissions paid?
Approved commissions are paid out on the published payout date, provided the minimum payout threshold is reached.
Where can I find my affiliate link?
After signing in with Telegram, your Partner Center dashboard provides a unique referral link and product-specific link generator.
Can I promote VINISEED on social media?
Yes. Partners may promote VINISEED through social media, communities, newsletters and other channels in accordance with the Partner Terms.
Can I use paid advertising?
Paid advertising is permitted unless specifically restricted in the Partner Terms. Review the terms before launching paid campaigns.
Can I promote VINISEED through Telegram?
Yes. Telegram is the primary registration and community channel for the VINISEED Partner Program.
What happens if a customer clicks multiple affiliate links?
The last valid partner click before purchase receives attribution, per the program's last-click attribution model.
What happens if an order is cancelled?
Cancelled orders do not earn commission. Any pending commission for a cancelled order is automatically reversed.
