Connect the device via USB-C, follow the on-screen instructions, write down your recovery phrase, and store it in a safe place.
How do I recover my wallet?
Use your recovery phrase with a new Viniseed device or compatible wallet software. Never enter your phrase into a computer or phone.
How do I track my order?
Visit /tracking/ and enter your order number and billing email to see real-time shipping status.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days. Express options are available at checkout for select regions.
