Use the USB-C cable included with your device to connect it to a computer, or a compatible cable for a phone. Your device screen should light up and prompt you to choose a language.
Install the Boxvini companion app before connecting if you haven’t already, so it can detect the device automatically. If the app doesn’t detect your device, try a different USB port or cable, and make sure no other wallet software is running at the same time.
