Unopened, unregistered devices can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Once a device has been initialized with a recovery phrase, it’s excluded from returns, since a used security device can’t be safely resold.
All devices are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device stops functioning normally under regular use, contact support with your order number to start a warranty claim.
